Caitlyn received Blue from a trade when he was 6 years old and jumping .65m. Prior to this, Caitlyn had never sat on him and didn't even see him until he showed up at the barn. Ever since "Blue" showed up in the summer of 2016, he was very feisty and wanted everything to be his way. We found out over the years that he is partially blind in each eye and has a heart murmur, but these unfortunate diagnoses do not stand in his way. Blue loves to go in the field and sunbathe for hours.
